Bali has no ‘consumer protection’ and unscrupulous agents can tell you whatever they like to put you on substandard tours, with no recourse to themselves. They can use false, misleading & deceptive tactics. Many operators can also tell lies, exaggerate or even show ‘doctored’ photos or brochures to fool tourists onto their products. You have no department to make a complaint to who will be able to help you to get a refund or satisfaction. This means you must be extremely careful when choosing a tour if you want to avoid disappointment or loss of your money.

Beware of inferior tours that may have, no proper facilities, poor safety, (sometimes no insurance), or bad service. Our company is closed for renovations or our road access is blocked. Taking you to the original Elephant Park or Rafting Company, when actually they are not. Our tours are too busy. The elephants have moved to another company. Elephants are mistreated. The elephants were kidnapped from Sumatra. The owner is involved in stealing body parts. Our company is controlled by Mafia!
